Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Yes Tours, we value our clients and strive to provide fair and transparent refund practices. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully:
- Cancellation Procedure
- All cancellations must be requested via email to our reservations team at Info@yestourssrilanka.com
- The following cancellation fees apply:
• 30+ days before arrival → Full refund (minus bank charges)
• 21–30 days before arrival → 10% cancellation fee
• 14–21 days before arrival → 50% cancellation fee
• 7–14 days before arrival → 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days before arrival → 100% cancellation fee
• No-show at the hotel or airport on arrival date → 100% cancellation fee
- Refund Methods
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of cancellation approval.
- All refunds are made via bank transfer only.
- Any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Exchange Rates
- Refunds will be calculated using the Central Bank of Sri Lanka exchange rate applicable at the time of booking.
- Exchange rate fluctuations occurring after the booking date will not be considered.
